This preparation makes it easy to create a soft and original cake, combining the sweetness of white chocolate with the delicate, vegetal note of matcha. A balanced and elegant dessert, ideal for tea time, brunch, or a slightly different gourmet moment.
Ingredients
Self-raising flour (wheat flour, raising agents E500ii, E341i), sugar, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavouring: vanilla), matcha.
To add:
2 eggs, 100 ml milk (or plant-based milk), 50 g melted butter, a pinch of salt.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150 °C.
- Put the melted butter, eggs, and milk in a bowl and mix for about 2 minutes.
- Add the contents of the jar, a pinch of salt, then mix until a smooth batter is obtained.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for approximately 50 minutes.
- Baking times are indicative and may vary depending on the oven.
A simple cake to prepare, both sweet and slightly vegetal, perfect for surprising with an original flavour while remaining gourmet.
