Cranberry and Cashew Cookies – Pineut gourmet preparation

Ingredients
Oat flour (34%), self-rising flour (wheat flour, raising agent – raising agents E450, E500 –, wheat starch, stabilizer: calcium carbonate), cane sugar, dried cranberries (in apple juice concentrate, sunflower oil) (12%), cashews (9%).

Melted butter and egg.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 195 °C (electric oven) or 175 °C (fan oven).
Mix the egg and melted butter until smooth. Add the contents of the jar and mix thoroughly.
Form about 10 balls of dough and flatten them slightly by hand.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 20 minutes for a soft texture.
Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before tasting.
